January is always a tad gloomy so reach for the florals and bring spring a little closer. The skirt and brooch are some of my favourite charity shop finds. I love the print of the skirt - the roses and shades of olive green shout granny's vintage carpet/curtains/sofa. The brooch is simply lovely with it's resin enclosed pressed flowers. Maybe 2017 is the year I give flower pressing a try? I picked the shoes up in Topshop's summer sale for only £9 and they are perfect for meandering about in, as well as giving me a bit of extra height!
