When it's a good weather day, my advice is to fully embrace your good fortune and break out some of those garments that have been longing to see some sunshine. Who says metallics are only for special occasions or that you shouldn't wear gold and silver together? It's a major mood booster to wear bright clothes, and metallic fabrics practically emanate sunshine - they catch the rays and make you dazzle. The t-shirt was only £7 in the Next sale. It's still available online in quite a few sizes (if the link doesn't work, try searching "fab top" in the sale section). I think I'll be wearing it a lot over the summer as it has a cheery retro style which makes it an easy go to piece. The bag and skirt are old sale finds, £10 and £12 respectively. Similar skirt, on sale from Mango, here. The shoes are complete granny sandals, but I love their frumpiness juxtaposed with the lime green metallic shine! Added benefit I hardly need to mention: granny sandals are c o m f y.
